**Note for Non-Profits :- If you participated in past years, it is different this time just for Non-Profit. As per your requests, to accommodate Non-Profits at lower price, this year Non-Profits are NOT GIVEN indidual Booths. To maximize your presence, all Non-Profits will be in the OPEN area where crowds will pass by. For Non-Profit Organizations we provide One Table and Two Chairs.
**Note for Profits Organizations :- Your booth is 10 by 10. You will be given 2 Tables and 2 Chairs. You are NOT allowed to make holes in the tent to hang your banners. Or else you are agreeing to pay $500.

Attention New Vendors:
To obtain a Food Permit, you or your representative must attend an one-hour class on Sat, August 5th 2016, 1:00pm @ IANT office.
Saturday, August 12th 2017, 5:30pm – 12 Midnight: 41th Anand Bazaar, India’s Independence Day Celebrations at 1000 Lone Star Pkwy Grand Prairie, TX 75050
Fees for Food Booths include Food Permit charges and supplies as per City of GP’s health requirements. IANT/City of GP has the right to shutdown any booth anytime, if found in violation of any rules.
All new vendors are required to attend mandatory food permit class at IANT office on August 6th @ 1:00pm. Any questions on booth reservations, please call Vice-President Narasimha Rao Bakthula [B.N.Rao] at 469-544-6395.
If you are making payment by check: Make check payable to IANT and mail it along with the form (Download Form) and other necessary documents to the IANT office address "701 N Central Expy, Building 5, Richardson, TX 75080-7422" before the payment deadline. Booths are assigned only if payment has been received. If you are mailing check, please note that IANT will not be responsible if check has not been received at our office within the required time. The booth will be assigned on "First Come First Served" based on registration time & date.
